Swimming Lessons is a personal, reflexive film that follows a daughter of Chinese immigrants who yearns to understand her transoceanic family's expressions of grief. Angela composed the original score for Resident Island Dance Theater's ETERNAL CITY, a 60-minute contemporary dance work set in a cyberpunk world imagining the conflict between robots and humans. Featuring electric violin, cello, and vocals, the production premiered live at the Taipei National Theater and Concert Hall in 2025. Angela's collaboration with Resident Island Dance Theater began in early 2024.
